Lesser & Minimum Occupancy
Reservations for single persons, couples and other numbers less than the "Standard Occupancy" for the accommodation concerned, are always available at the "Standard Occupancy" rate. The "Standard Minimum Occupancy Period" is 7 nights. However, reservations may be made for 4 night stays at 80% of the 7 night price.
Notes on accommodation

The villa has air conditioning units in all the rooms, which also provide heat in the winter months.

Coast/Beach

The beach is only a 10 minute drive away. Quiet unspoilt beaches stretch for miles with little beach bars where you can have lunch or just a drink. There is a very nice beach at San Juan which is about a 15 minute drive north, delicious paellas are served in the beach bars at lunch time.
Golf

The golf course is the first Arizona style desert golf course in Europe. The 18 hole Indiana course opened in 2001 and is a challenging course. Throughout the summer months special offers are available.
There are a few other golf courses in the area all within driving distance, one being Valle del Este.
Skiing

The Sierra Nevada mountains are about a 2 hour drive south. You could combine a two centre holiday and see sun and snow in the winter months.

A car is essential in this area.

Distances

There are many little towns and villages nearby within 20 minutes drive. Mojacar is a beautiful little hillside village, there are many shops and restaurants here. Garrucha, Vera and Villaricos are all little villages nearby.
Further details

There are lots of very nice restaurants in the area whether it is Spanish, Mexican, French or even English. You don't have to travel far to a supermarket and there is an on-site shop where you can stock up with essentials.
There are also two on-site restaurants, the club house where you can sit and watch the golfers come down the 18th fairway or the Crocodile Club which is an informal restaurant where you can get anything from pizza or burger to ribs or steak. Or you could just lounge around the pool and have a cocktail while the children play in one of the many play areas.
There is also an on-site spa where you could treat yourself and bikes to hire for the adventurous.
Just a short drive along the coast is an aqua park, which is open in the summer months, there are also go-karts in the area.
